Rehablito Charitable Foundation – Refund Policy
At Rehablito Charitable Foundation (Physio & Autism Center), we strive to provide the highest quality services and operate with full transparency. However, we understand that under certain conditions, a refund may be necessary.
- Donations
All donations made to the foundation are non-refundable.
If a donation was made by mistake or in the wrong amount, you may request a correction within 7 days.
Any request for donation-related refunds must be submitted with proof of transaction.
- Therapy Fees (Occupational, Speech, or Physiotherapy)
Refunds will be considered only if:
Sessions are cancelled in advance (minimum 48 hours notice).
The child is unable to continue due to medical or unavoidable reasons (with valid documentation).
No refund will be given for missed or unattended sessions without prior notice.
- Package or Advance Payments
If you have paid in advance for multiple sessions, and wish to discontinue:
Refund will be calculated based on the number of sessions attended, and administrative charges (10%) will be deducted.
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of payment.
- Special Events, Assessments, or Workshops
Fees paid for workshops, assessments, or special programs are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the center.

Rehablito reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on internal review. All approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days.
